Exchanges (if applicable)

To exchange an item or to receive store credit, the item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

For a full refund, the item must be returned within 10 days of purchase. Partial refunds are available up to 30 days with a 20% restocking fee applied after the initial 10-day window.

Non-returnable purchases:

• Custom work
• Estate or consignment items
• Special orders
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or that is missing parts.
